Yoga Love Supreme
About
I am an artist, foodie, and world explorer, committed always to bringing my experiences abroad back home to impact and inspire. Most recently, I spent a month in Karnataka, India earning an Advanced Yoga Teacher Certification. As an experienced public health professional, I bring a unique wellness approach to every yoga session. Join me for a simultaneously slow and energetic practice, where you're encouraged to find a breath of meditation in each posture. When I'm not teaching yoga, I work in communications and broadcasting and dance my heart out at music festivals.
I love sharing this most compassionate and transformative practice, reminding people that peace of mind is as accessible as their inhales and exhales.

Frequently asked questions
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
RYT 500-- I have 500 hours of Yoga Teacher training, and I'm registered with Yoga Alliance.
How did you get started teaching?
I had originally been interested in massage therapy. When I mentioned this to a cousin, she said that yoga would be a good idea too. Since I'd already been doing yoga for years at that point, I said why not? I love this practice! It took me a few years to work up to it, but in 2015, I finally completed my first yoga teacher training. It was more transformative than I could've imagined. I knew it was the right choice right away.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with athletes, older adults, children, experienced yoga teachers, and beginners. I have experience with all activity levels and I'm excited to work with you, focusing on your individual person, whomever that may be 🙂
