About
Welcome to Vinyasa with Wansada. This class is all about movement, stretches, twists and all the vinyasa in between. Vinyasa is Sanskrit for the interconnected movements allowing one to enter and exit poses making the flow fluid. Each Vinyasa class will differ slightly, but certainly enjoyable and quite restorative. Great for beginners through advanced. There’s even meditation, bringing mindfulness to Yoga.
Wansada brings over ten years’ experience practicing Yoga in Asia and the US, and now shares her passion for Yoga by instructing others with her own unique touch. As a Yogi, Wansada teaches kids, adults, and those with special needs. This class will have you craving more. It’s Vinyasa, with a touch of power, and otherwise many twists and stretches, leaving you feeling extra good in the end. Join Wansada for Vinyasa every Friday at 6:30 – 7:45 pm (75 min!)
