About this pro

Embrace Yoga Studio is a welcoming community in Fayetteville where one could further their yoga practice, regardless of their experience level: a calm and peaceful place where one could forget about the hustle of day to day living and focus on the present alone. We offer a variety of different yoga classes that are perfect for students of all skill levels and body types. We want everyone who enters our door to immediately feel the warmth and kindness of Embrace Yoga Studio, no matter if it is your first lesson or hundredth.

We have carefully select teachers that are passionate about yoga and embody the practice on and off the mat.  Our skillful teachers are experienced and have at least a 200-hour level yoga teacher training in accordance with Yoga Alliance. Many have gone beyond the initial training and have done advanced or specialized training in Yin, Restorative, Viniyoga, Ashtanga, Power, Meditation, Seniors, Pre/Postnatal, Core Strength Vinyasa, Hot, PTSD/Trauma, Yoga for Athletes, and many more. We are trained to teach all levels of students in class. We are active in class and walk around to make sure everyone is safe and provide variations. We encourage all yogis to move towards a mindful practice that balances the physicality of asanas with breath work and meditation. Whether you are new to yoga or have made it a part of your lifestyle for many years, we invite you to enter the studio with a beginner’s mind and be open to the possibilities of your practice.

We enjoy working with everyone! Whether you're looking to de-stress, stretch, gain strength, relax or just breathe, we have a class for you! We love seeing our students walk away calmer than when they came in. It warms our heart to see our students practice in a way that honors their body, connect not just with themselves but with others in class, and through a consistent practice meet their intentions.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our teachers are a minimum 200-hour certified and many are experienced registered yoga teachers (minimum 2 years of teaching and 1000 teaching hours) through Yoga Alliance.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

5 class pass - $55

1 month unlimited - $85

3 months unlimited - $235

How did you get started teaching?

Most of our teachers started teaching as a way to deepen their yoga practice because yoga has helped them in some way - physical, mental, emotional and/or spiritual. They live and embody the practice of yoga and are passionate about sharing the many health benefits yoga provides.

What types of students have you worked with?

All ages from teenagers to older adults in their eighties. Pregnant, military, and people with injuries and conditions. All of our teachers are skilled to work with any level in class and offer safe and appropriate modifications.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Check out their digital imprint on their website and social media such as Facebook to get a feel of the studio. Also check out bios to see the teacher's experience and teaching style.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

Students should consider any major injuries or conditions as well as any parts of the body they want to work on that day. Our teachers are good about asking students about what they want to work on and tailoring class to the students' needs which varies day by day.
