We are the perfect combination of fun, challenging, and informative. We are the hottest (literally and figuratively) studio in town, and offer warm classes as well. We love our students and our community, and regularly offer month long challenges, focused workshops, and easy parties.
As the owner and lead teacher with Master's Degree in Adult Education and 20 years of experience, including overseas, I promise you will not find a more welcoming, professional yoga environment.
