I have a passion for service to my community. With years of experience in formal school tutoring, esoteric healing methods and human services, I will teach you to self care, and be a better you.

My classes are in hair coloring, basic adult education, Reiki, chair yoga, wellness, reflexology and tarot card reading. I am graduate of Liberty University with a Masters in Human Services Wellness Counseling.

I received an Honorable discharge form the Navy Reserves, 1998, And Americorps in 2015, for Community Service. I have worked with the Winston Salem School district for since 2013 as a Substitute Teacher. With great success I have tutored young adults to pass their GED. As a ccertified Yoga Instructor I have organized a chair Yoga class that meets monthly. Having practiced Massage, Reiki and Reflexology for twenty years and I am a certified member, in good standing, of The National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage and Body Work since 1999. I have held state Certifications and Licensure in Virginia, North Carolina,Florida, and Utah. My studies and practice have taken me overseas and throughtout the US. Currently I live, teach and practice in Winston Salem, North Carolina.
