My mission is to assist each student in finding a yoga practice that fits his or her unique body. I specialize in helping older adults maintain their independence by building strength, improving balance, increasing mobility, and improving nervous system resilience.
I have 15 years experience and over 500 hours of training (500-hr Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance).
I know the power of yoga to improve overall well-being, and I love introducing mature beginners to the practice. Nothing is better than the satisfaction of a new student discovering their inner resources and gaining confidence in what their body can do.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First I have potential private students complete an intake form with basic information on health, sleep, goals, and energy levels. Next I meet with them at the studio to observe their range of motion in a variety of positions and discuss a plan/schedule of sessions.
