Yoga Sanctuary, LLC

Yoga Sanctuary, LLC opened in Windham, NH in 1998 and moved to Litchfield, NH in 2013. The owner, Priscilla Flynn Belisle, is a certified Kripalu Yoga Teacher (since 1995) and a certified Thai Yoga Bodyworker (since 2002). Classes are open to all levels and provide individualized attention to students' needs rather than a one-size-fits all approach. The first class is always free.

Helping students and clients find optimal health in body and mind while also offering ways to let their spirits soar is the most enjoyable and rewarding service there is, in my view, so I never feel that I am "going to work" when I enter Yoga Sanctuary.
