About this pro

Private yoga lessons are catered to what the student is looking for. Whether it's learning more about the postures and technique, or more about mediation and spirituality. I have experience all accross the spectrum.

I love seeing how yoga changes people. Having gone through a transformation through yoga myself, it is wonderful to see the change with my students.

I fully stand behind what yoga can do.

I love that yoga can be a different experience for everybody. That people come from all different places and can get the same benefit. I am amazed that the smallest things make the biggest differences.

I love sharing something that does so much for me with others.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

First we start by going over specific needs and wants from the lesson. We create a plan and discuss how we will spend the session together.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

200-Hour yoga certification, yin yoga certification, have been practicing for over 6 years.

Studied Biology as a major in college, and have extensive knowledge of anatomy as it pertains to yoga practice.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

Usually $40 per hour lesson depending. Same price per lesson, so if there are more people you can split!

How did you get started teaching?

My sister was a yoga instructor and had me start taking yoga. I hated it at first and grew to truly love it, which led me to want to do the same for others.

What types of students have you worked with?

I teach at a yoga studio, a gym, a university, and privates so I have a broad experience with different types of practitioners.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

What is missing from my yoga practice?

If no experience with yoga, what am I looking for it to help me with and do for me?
