About
Private yoga lessons are catered to what the student is looking for. Whether it's learning more about the postures and technique, or more about mediation and spirituality. I have experience all accross the spectrum.
I love seeing how yoga changes people. Having gone through a transformation through yoga myself, it is wonderful to see the change with my students.
I fully stand behind what yoga can do.

I love that yoga can be a different experience for everybody. That people come from all different places and can get the same benefit. I am amazed that the smallest things make the biggest differences.
I love sharing something that does so much for me with others.
