What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I tailor my class to my client’s needs usually we start with warm-ups proper stances rounds of mitts work focus pads bag punching cardio jump rope warm down and stretch
Depending on physical ability we gradually work the level up typical workout consists of warm up, foot stances, punches and maneuvers, evasive technique, and defensive moves as well as reading and sizing your opponent advantages and weaknesses

Been practicing martial arts since the age of 12, worked with great Masters like Sensei Chaka Zulo, Kiyoshi David Baker
Kiyoshi David Seeger. My training have given me a solid base and vast knowledge and for the past 22 years I have been practicing and teaching boxing and have developed techniques to teach proper stances and gain punching speed and power
