My workout routine consists of warm up review of proper techniques meeths work hand and body coordination hi intensity high interval training and cool down period time

I am very goal oriented and I dedicate myself and work with my clients exclusively to achieve their dreams

    Instructor is very knowledgeable, and attentive to the unique needs of each individual student. Friendly and supportive atmosphere. The class is absolutely amazing!!! It is challenging and is overall a great workout. Ive taken personal training class several times and though the high intensity of the class remains the same, I honestly feel my self getting stronger and improving with every class, as well as my skills are improving class by class. I highly recommend taking this class!!

    I tailor my class to my client’s needs usually we start with warm-ups proper stances rounds of mitts work focus pads bag punching cardio jump rope warm down and stretch

    Depending on physical ability we gradually work the level up typical workout consists of warm up, foot stances, punches and maneuvers, evasive technique, and defensive moves as well as reading and sizing your opponent advantages and weaknesses
