About

Salutations, my name is Instructor Vincent. Benitez and I teach Jeet Kune Do in Rochelle Park, NJ at the Knights of Columbus. I have over 15 years experience, training under Sifu Richard Torres who was a student of Ted Wong (a Bruce Lee student).

We train every Wednesday at 7pm. We focus on the self-defense aspect of Bruce Lee's martial art. It is simple, direct, and non-classical. I would like to invite you to join us for training and gain insight to protecting yourself.

    Frequently asked questions

Learning the basics.  No matter what level one is in martial arts, one will always start from the beginning.

I am a certified jeet kune do instructor under Sifu Richard Torres.  I have over 15 years of martial arts experience.

I train students ranging from 5 years old to 60+ years old.

Every anniversary date since I established the Fist Of Interception Institute in 2016, I have a free 2 hour Jeet Kune Do seminar.  It gives a chance for those who are interested to train with us with no obligations, just jeet kune do training.

Be commited, be dedicated, be consistent.  You cannot learn or know EVERYTHING and ANYTHING within one day.  It takes time, it takes sacrifice, it takes the willingness to open the mind to different ideas.  If you cannot do these things, then jeet kune do or anything else that needs constant training is not for you.

    1.  Am I willing to be committed to this art?
    2.  Am I able to sacrifice time to learn this art?
    3.  Am I able to be consistent with attending class?
    4.  Am I able to be patient to learn?
    5.  Am I able to put in the work of what is required of me?
