About
I take care in providing the best personal experience for each client. I am able to design programs on an individual basis, unique and customized to accomplish goals. Everyone’s needs and goals are different, no two people are alike... being able to fit a program that works for every client is a huge asset in being able to guide people to their goals and teach them habits that are sustainable and will provide longevity in health and a happy mindset for life.
Being a former dancer, I’ve carried my passion for movement over into overall fitness and health. I prefer aerial arts and crossfit training for myself, but this doesn’t work for every ‘body’. I’ve been able to develop a training regimen for people that is fulfilling and successful based on my own experiences. I have a keen eye for what is just the right amount of work to be successful without over doing it. There was a point in my life where I was over training and it’s such a huge set back. Balance is key. When you are not over worked, you just want to do more and more with no worry of injury and a happy body!
I am a NASM CPT, a 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Certified Instructor, and a Level 1 Aerial Silks Instructor recognized by the American Circus Educators and continued education through NASM.
I enjoy being able to connect with people who are striving to feel healthy and happy and hopefully guiding them to feel there best. It’s a nice feeling to know you’re helping someone with their goals and keeping them on track to feel their best.
