What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First off checking their level of experience whether a first timer never had Done any Boxing or even exercise before then starting very slow getting them comfortable and familiar one workout at a time building up . Or a gym rat that just needs a new challenge .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Won the Daily News golden gloves in 1998 then nyc metros and Empire State games in the same year 1998 . In 1999 fought again in the Daily news golden gloves loosing the first fight in a toss up decision to my opponent who went on to the finals to loose in a decision that should have been his. Then turning professional later that year for a few years gaining 19 pro fights but injuries and slow downs lead to retirement. .

How did you get started teaching?
I Never thought of becoming a trainer but an opportunity came to get involved and back into what I missed doing for years so I started back then realized I have an opportunity to be a great trainer using my experiences.
