I’m a lifelong martial artist 3rd degree black-belt in Isshin ryu, purple belt in Gracie Jiujitsu and former college wrestler, offering classes and privates in boxing, kickboxing, mma, grappling and strength and conditioning. I love nothing more than to help people achieve their fitness and martial arts goals.
