We currently do online coach providing a meal plan, calorie count, and exercise programs. And tailor the exercise to what you like.
You will have, unlimited access to our trainer as your coach and accounibility partner, Our trainer is also a chef and can also provide a mindful cooking classes as well

First do a health questionaire.
Find out if the student is interested in personal training, nutrition or healthy cooking classes.

I am a certified personal trainer through ACE and a certified chef from the AI.

I went to school to become a fitness speaclist and then became certified through ACE.
