316 BJJ, founded in 2014, is a faith-based Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Academy based in Rockwall, Texas, with a focus on training the mind, body, and soul in unison. This family-friendly gym provides a safe and clean environment for all, including women and children, to learn Gracie style Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and mixed martial arts. With world-class instructors, including the highest-ranked black belts in Texas, and a welcoming community, it's an excellent place to ease life's stresses, get in shape, and learn self-defense.
