About
I help my students create a supportive meditation and yoga practice by working 1:1 at a local yoga studio. During our time together, I will support you with private, personalized lessons, resources on meditation/yoga/mindfulness practices, and provide weekly check-ins to see how your practice is growing and changing.
I love seeing my students go from feeling lost, disconnected from themselves, and discouraged to having a routine that supports them and helps them manage the daily stresses of their busy lives.

How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching yoga in college when I was a track and field athlete. I would teach yoga classes to my teammates to increase mobility and emotional regulation during meets. When I graduated, I moved to Washington DC and started teaching yoga classes all over the city!
What types of students have you worked with?
I've worked mostly with athletes or former athletes ranging from experienced yogis to beginners. I've recently worked with young professionals/entrepreneurs who are trying to find structure and routine throughout their day.
