About

30 years of training, 10 years of coaching, Black belt in Teakwondo and Brazilian Jiiu Jitsu. I utilize a system of teaching that is uniquely specialized for each individual student. Fitness, competition, practical self defense, skill level and physical functionality all taken into account for to reach your personal goals.

The single greatest aspect of what I do is getting to see the "ah ha" moments when a student works diligently to understand a particular concept or technique, then, in an instant, everything clicks.

    Frequently asked questions

The initial sesson is started by clearly outlining the students personal goals.

Having started martial arts training at an early age I've expanded my education beyond traditional competition styles to include grappling and mixed martial arts. Competing in each type of competition over the last 15 years as well as training students to numorous victories, has giving me a unique insite as to what it practicially applicable and what is for show.

Rates start at only $30 for one 30 minute private sessions and $50 for an hour.

Group and multiple upfront session discounts are available upon request.

In my mid 20's I was given the unique opportunity to coach a newly formed MMA school.  Helping take the school to a record of 20 victories and 2 losses in its 1 year of business, I have been welcomed to many facilities to share my experience and advice ever since.

Starting with children as young as 5 I've also wokred with casual fitness students, casual competitors all the way up to contracted fighters.

A former student turned peer recently opened up his own school after years of teaching. Off and on I had popped into class and shared individual pearls of wisdom and experiences with many of his students. It has been blessing lately to have so many of them ask to speak to me privatly about what was shown or told to them years ago and how it has shaped their style and training.

Take your time. A punch is a punch is a punch. Any instuctor worth their salt can show you technique. Finding an instuctor that can work with you that also aligns with you morally is most important.
