About
My name is Josh. I'm a health, fitness, martial arts, and movement enthusiast. I have a passion for helping others whether it's through diet or excersize. I can help whether it's for you to build muscle, increase cardio, or even just get in shape in a positive, fun, motivated environment without the pressure of keeping up with others. I've been doing martial arts for 5 years altogether including Krav Maga, Muay Thai, Jiu Jitsu, Wrestling, and boxin
The community is absolutely amazing, everyone you meet is very compassionate and humble. There is no community like the martial arts community. It also has really helped me develop a white belt mentality for life. The white belt mentality is the idea that you are forever learning and that its a nonstop process. I even as your teacher am learning and applying new martial arts techniques everyday that i hope to share with all of you.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
With a new student I recommend learning the basics and technique before any sort of intensity. With learning the basics and technique first it will decrease the chance for injury and increase the chance of success and results.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am studying martial arts, health, and fitness full time. I have trained with martial artist in their academy's all over the world.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
A teacher has to have a compassionate and patient heart. Sometimes a technique will have to be done many times to get rid of a bad habit. A coach with empathy can relate because the day that he or she first started was the day he made many mistakes as well.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Drop the ego. What do you really want and what do you want it for.
