Desert fitness group is very conscientious on form and well being of each client. Leslie works with you when you are experiencing some discomfort, and you are never made to feel you cannot do an exercise, because she will improvise so that the focused muscle is exercised safely, gaining strength and avoiding further harm . I always walk away feeling very energized and strong and ready to face the day. !!

Leslie is very knowledgeable and I trust her completely to do what’s best for my body. She will challenge you but she’s also willing to back off if she needs go. She changes things up each session so there is no chance of getting bored. I highly recommend her as a trainer!

Leslie is incredible, she checks you out first to see where you are and then finds out where you want to be. I have worked with her for 10 years and it is amazIng. She has seen me thru injuries ( not her fault) I am stronger all over, more confident, I only wish I would have known her earlier in my life. I am now 66 and feel I am in the best shape of my life. She pushes but never to the point of too much. Workouts are always different never boring.

Leslie makes working out fun! Challenging ourselves, encouraging each other and always reaching for new goals, going to the gym is rewarding and Leslie is a champion in spurring all of us on. I personally hate missing a class because I enjoy the workouts and feeling fit. Coordination, endurance and a sense of overall well-being is our reward and Leslie inspires the best in all of us.
