About this pro

I love to work with a person who is new to yoga.

We will stick with the basics at the beginning.

We will pay attention to healthy joints care. This is the basics of the basics!

I will provide a positive experience of yoga it will help to establish habits to regularly practice yoga.

I love to do yoga in parks it gives a strong sense of connection with nature.

Our first lesson  60 min is free for finding a good fit for each other.

Calm mind, calm body! It's amazing how yoga practice can reach your soul and rational mind though the body exercises.

Yoga helps me unite and balance all these aspects and help me find out a better version of myself.

Aiseli is very thoughtfull yoga instructor, assisting in whatever your needs. She is great with beginners assisting so you finally start to understand what those yoga poses are about. And she is really great with advanced creating challenges for you. I can’t reccommend Aiseli more, her sessions were fullfilling me more then just exercise but overall I was feeling calmer, stronger mind wise.

FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

My typical process in beginning a new student relationship is to start with a 1-hour conversation and practice for free. I offer this complimentary session to each and every one of my prospective clients in order to ensure a good fit. This initial strategy session will help us get clear on what it is exactly that you'd like help in and how we're going to get there. If either one of us finds I am not the right expert for you, I will do my utmost to find a trusted colleague who may be. If we decide to move forward together, I will begin by sending some "pre-work" activities to get the ball rolling.
