Calm mind, calm body! It's amazing how yoga practice can reach your soul and rational mind though the body exercises.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
My typical process in beginning a new student relationship is to start with a 1-hour conversation and practice for free. I offer this complimentary session to each and every one of my prospective clients in order to ensure a good fit. This initial strategy session will help us get clear on what it is exactly that you'd like help in and how we're going to get there. If either one of us finds I am not the right expert for you, I will do my utmost to find a trusted colleague who may be. If we decide to move forward together, I will begin by sending some "pre-work" activities to get the ball rolling.
