Mobility (joint mobility) and senior fitness (Chair Yoga and stretching) . My favorite format to teach is “Yoga.” I combine Hatha, Vinyasa, Iyengar, Power (Core) and Yin Yoga styles together. I strongly believe in all the health benefits of practicing yoga, especially, mind and body connection. Let me guide you to be a stronger, healthier person through yoga practice.
