Operator Fitness, LLC has been in business for over ten years. We provide services throughout Southern California.

We only utilize science based and evidence proven techniques and modalities when we train our client athletes. We are all Certified Personal Trainers - our expertise did not originate from YouTube videos! We also demand continued education for ourselves.

We offer traditional 1 on 1 Personal Training, Virtual Coaching, Body Composition Measurements, and Nutrition Consulting. We stand out because we never use "boiler plate" or "cookie cutter" type workout programming. When we design a workout program for you it is personally and specifically designed to meet your abilities and get you to your goals. We always take lifestyle, occupation, and current or past medical issues into consideration as well. Operator Fitness also has a proprietary smart phone application that we use for 1 on 1 personal training and virtual coaching. It allows us to capture more data that this affords us a greater ability to help you achieve success!

We have trained client athletes of all physical abilities and ages. From housewives, to teenagers, to elite competitive athletes, to those in the special needs/disabled populations. We have also trained the military, law enforcement and firefighters. We’ve trained clients for weight loss, lean muscle mass gain, for specific sports, and for multiple types of competitions.

    We have been training and coaching client athletes for over 10 years. We have multiple certificates in various forms of training using multiple modalities and techniques. 

    We are all Certified Personal Trainers.

    We all have experience training and coaching military, law enforcement and fire service first responders. 

    As well, we have all been competitive athletes ourselves. We have played multiple sports on various competitive levels. Our current passion is men's physique and women’s figure competitions ("body building").

    Chris Loomis, CPT started Operator Fitness, LLC based on his own athletic history and experience teaching multiple different subjects in the military and civilian world. All of our Certified Personal Trainers share a common background of teaching as well as being either military or first responders. 

    We’ve worked with both the young and old. We have trained and coached males and females. We’ve also trained and coached people with medical issues and special needs. 

    Once we establish your goals we can formulate your programming and scale it up or down as needed as we track your progress. 

    In 03-2025 Operator Fitness, LLC’s, Coach Chris Loomis, CPT, celebrated the one year anniversary of training a 17 year old male client athlete. In one year that client athlete made an average of a 181.25% gain in overall strength and health and fitness!
