At Sage yoga , we welcome every student at every level of practice from novice to more advanced . We take care to cater to individual needs, offering modifications if needed as well as offering gentle classes to open level classes and privates . The space is intimate, serene and the community at Sage is just wonderful!
I have been teaching yoga for almost 9 years now and love every bit of it. Opening the studio has been a dream come true and seeing the healing effects of yoga every day in people is the most rewarding part of my job. I have over 700 hours of training and look forward to many more. Though the best teachers are and will always be the students themselves .
