With my enthusiasm and high energy, I would love to be your Yoga or Meditation Instructor, and nutrition guide. I have obtained my RYT200 while learning energy healing and meditation techniques with Greenwich Hospital in CT. In that way, I have offered complimentary meditation and energy healing prior to COVID on many patients at the hospital as well as my own private clients for yoga. Currently, I am obtaining my RYT300 and Anatomy Certification to enhance my practice.
I enjoy the people aspect of working with others to improve their health and well being. It gives me great happiness to improve someone's life with the tools available to me. Thank you for your consideration.
