I teach Medical Therapeutic Yoga for specific groups such as MS, anxiety & chronic pain. I also do one on ones offering a full assessment and then create a home practice for the individual which we practice together approximately 6 times to perfect. I am an RN so I have a medical back ground. I am also a Reiki Master and incorporate the energy healing into some of my classes. I am certified in yoga for MS/Parkinson’s, restorative yoga and Yin Yoga. I am also a CPR instructor. Website: yogahealthrx.com

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to have a one on one before a student begins classes with me to get to know what their abilities are and make sure they will benefit from my classes.

RN, 200-RYT, Professional Yoga Therapist-1,Certifications in yoga for MS/Parkinson’s, restorative yoga and yin yoga. Reiki Master. CPR instructor

Make sure safety is a priority
