YogaSol specializes in Bikram Yoga and Hot High-Intensity Training Pilates. Bikram Yoga is a beginning yoga series that improves flexibility, strength and balance in students and improves their health dramatically. It also is a great stress reliever. Bikram Yoga is practiced in a 105-degree room so the practitioner is able to go deeper in poses and de-toxes their bodies and de-stresses the mind as well.
Hot Hiit Pilates is a great compliment to the yoga as it is a full-proof way to lose weight, strength core muscles and improve cardiovascular systems.
We have classes seven days a week, 365 days a year and all our teachers are certified yoga or Hot Hiit Pilates teachers and have a real passion for the classes they teach. I have owned Bikram Norwalk Yoga, now YogaSol, for 14 years.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We recommend they start right away taking our regular classes as the Bikram Yoga series is made for beginning students. But it challenges students of all expertise levels.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Bikram Yoga teacher, a studio owner for 15 years and I've run 15 Bikram Yoga retreats to Costa Rica.

How did you get started teaching?
I took my first Bikram Yoga class and loved it. I'd been an English teacher and tennis pro, and I wanted soon to become a Bikram Yoga teacher.

All types from five years old to 75.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I run yoga retreats to Costa Rica and we opened YogaSol up on October 15, 2017.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Take her/his class and see how you like it. How well do they teach you and make you feel comfortable and motivated.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Their overall health and what they want to achieve through thier yoga practice.
