I am a USA-Cycling Level 2 Coach Kion Superhuman Network Coach, and Chek Institute Holistic Lyfestyle Coach. I have been a serious competitive athlete in all the sports I’ve mentioned. I’ve also been self-employed for 30 years and fully understand what it takes to balance career, health, and home life.
