I provide basketball and fitness training for athletes at all levels.
My approach focuses on three principles: developing a well-rounded skill set, progressing from fundamentals to advanced skills at an appropriate pace, and teaching athletes to train with independence and understanding.
The training system is scalable and adaptable, whether working with children learning the basics, middle and high school players aiming to make a team or earn more playing time, or competitive athletes pursuing college or professional opportunities.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The first portion of the session is diagnostic, first I want to assess the current skill level of the student. Then I teach the fundamentals skills of all aspects of basketball and fitness including ballhandling, shooting, defense, passing, and post game. Depending on how far along the student is I make the drills progressively more challenging.
