Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

$75-$100 per session based on time 45 minutes to 1.5 hours.

Combination of yoga, aromatherapy, and reiki is harmoniously offered throughout the session.

How did you get started teaching?

Started teaching right after receiving certification. Gained experience in a corporate yoga setting, and have taught in various atmospheres. Gain first experience as a volunteer teacher in the Amazon rainforest at a Eco Lodge in 2012.

What types of students have you worked with?

Middle-aged, older population, experienced, beginners, all walks of life from 20 years old to 80 years young. 

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

Had a private lesson with someone new to yoga. They expressed feeling so blissful, and a desire to cry. I find an emotional response as such is the most genuine human connection I could ever ask for. I am truly grateful to invite other onto the yogi path. 

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

You dont have to be flexible or have any experience. I am here to gently guide you. All you have to do is show up, and be willing.
