I have wrestling experience from since I was 13 years old. I offer fundamental based wrestling lessons and the ability to counter them. I am mobile and can come to you or we may go to the nearest recreational area that is open to the public. I am an amateur MMA fighter and would love to work with people to help better understand the very techniques I plan to show.

Teaching basic fundamentals of wrestling. Stance, motion, taking shots. Shooting singles and doubles. Stretches, fitness and much more.

I am a certified personal trainer and have wrestling experience for over 10 years.
