I am the only strength and conditioning coach in Las Vegas who has experience playing football at every level. I'm also the only strength and conditioning coach in Las Vegas who succeeded in both football and multiple strength sports.

I have experience training boxers, mma fighters, baseball/softball players and basketball players as well.

I do enjoy personal training as well. I train my personal training clients very similar to the way I train my athletes. You will have more energy and be more functional in your everyday life, whether you are an accountant that plays softball on the weekend or a nurse who wants to be able to move around her patients with less effort. I MAKE YOU A BETTER YOU!

I absolutely love seeing the athlete progress and watching their confidence grow with every workout. I also love seeing athletes advance to the next level, whatever sport they are training for.

With my personal training clients, the best feeling is hearing people tell me they are off high blood pressure medication or off diabetic meds or insulin because of the my fitness programs.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

1. Gather basic information 

2. Go over expectations and pricing

3. Performance evaluation (establishing a base line)

4. Go over the baseline measurements and explaining the entire program thoroughly. 


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

CSCS certification, NASM and IFSA personal training certifications.


How did you get started teaching?

While still in my playing days, I was involved in strength sports as well. Many powerlifters asked me to assist them in incorporating athletic training into their strength training to help them better succeed. As I began training those athletes, it eventually evolved into me training their kids for sports at the school aged levels.
