About
What's the point in being in great shape if you can't defend yourself? We focus on fitness and real self defense where it really happens in the field.
I have clients I've trained in the rain, snow, grass sand, beach, subway etc. It's a no nonsense approach that allows you to function under real conditions, not common in dojo's or boxing clubs. But there are indoor training options as well. In my Instagram: Thambofitness you can see my work with clients of different skill levels. But I like transforming beginners most.
The development, growth of, and connection with people. The master-student paradigm and process of developing warriors. Tuning in and connecting with the student, to see what they need next, is meditative for me.
