We make ancient mindfulness practices, like yoga and meditation, easy to understand and practice. The "why" of practice is as important as the "how." No follow-the-leader teaching here! Humor and knowledge are the tools we use.
Lee has been a health and wellness professional for 29 years. She has worked with Fortune 500 exectutives, seniors, professionals, stay at home parents, athletes, and students.
Meditation and Mindful Movement are not hard to do, just difficult to get started with in a way that gives you enough positive results to want to keep going!
Not everyone should start off sitting cross-legged, desperately trying to stop their thinking-mind.
I enjoy the moment I get relevant feedback: the 93-year old gentleman who told me he had stopped taking anxiety meds because he no longer needed them; the busy professional that is falling and staying asleep; the mom who is yelling a lot less. It's the quality of life results I love!

I provide a free consultation to determine if my skill sets and a student's goals are a good match. If it is, we can determine whether in-person or on-line instruction is the best way to proceed.
