At Aym Boxing Lab we don't only focus on boxing. We also have Jujitsu programs, mixed martial art programs, Corrective training, Youth & Group training, Virtual training, Strength training & Sports performance training. We are your one stop shop for all of your fitnees needs. We are located in West Philadelphia. Our soft opening is March 27th.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We start at the basics. Foot movement, body & head movement, along with making sure pumches are thrown correctly. We focus on form & stance. We also start to build strength in areas thatvare weakest.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an USABoxing Coach. I am a proffesional boxer. I have been boxing since the age of 12. My partners also have & currently compete in Jujitsu & boxing.
