I have won 3 regional Golden Glove titles, 3 state Golden Glove titles & a Silver Medalist in the National Golden Gloves. I'm also an ex professionall boxer that has the experience of traveling all around the United States & Canada competing in national tournaments against the best of the best. The knowledge I have is golden. I'm ready to teach others to do the same or better.

I enjoy helping others. Whether that's to become a great champion or just to learn to defend themselves & losing weight the healthy way.
