Hello everyone, my name is Joel! Most call me Rock or Coach Rock. I am born and raised in Fort Worth, TX! Also affectionately known as Funky Town! My journey took me through four years of college football at Northeastern State University, where I earned my degree in Communications. But after a stint in the corporate world, I realized my true passion lay in the realm of fitness. So, I made the bold decision to switch gears and chase my fitness dreams. I am extremely passionate about overall wellness: sports performance, physical therapy rehab, and helping individuals achieve their weight loss goals. With a background deeply rooted in these areas, I've found my true calling as a life coach and fitness enthusiast.
