What is your typical process for working with a new student?

During our initial orientation, I will find out what your sports, health and fitness goals are.  If you are a good fit for my training program, I will customized a full fitness and nutrition plan and set periodic goals.  As your accountability coach, I will make sure you stay on path and not fall off.  I do not except excuses and that is why all my clients get amazing results.

All our programs are 100% customized for each individual based on their health and fitness goals.

How did you get started teaching?

I have a family history of heart disease, diabetes, arthritis, etc.  When I was 24, my dad suffered a heart attack that he barely survived from and then he had a quadruple bypass surgery 2 years after that.  Ever since then, health and fitness has been my top priority.

What types of students have you worked with?

I work with clients that want to lose weight, get toned, and are highly motivaed to improve their overall health and fitness.  

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

I advise clients to do their research and see what kind of results they had gotten for people.  I have been through it, so I know what it feels like and what it takes to take that leap.
