About this pro

I am a certified stretch therapist through the National Association of Sports Medicine, ACE, AFAA, NCSA, and NCBTMB. I am certified in Proprioceptive Neurosmuscular Facilitiation (PNF) but also am certified in all basic static and dynamic stretches.

Not only do I offer a facility for you to come to, but I also will travel.

Stretching is the most neglected component in fitness and should be taken seriously.

I am also a certified personal trainer through ISSA, I am only able to travel to my stretch clients. We offer a private facility to train at in Gilbert.

I love anything fitness! I am a personal trainer also so this goes hand and help with strength training.

I have been training with Kristina and her knowledge, dedication and enthusiasm for my progress and results are inspiring and motivating. Her "equal time" strategy is transforming my body, mind and spirit. I highly highly recommend Pro Push Fitness. I can't wait to share my dramatic results at the end of our training session!

I loved working with the trainers here at pro push! After I got shoulder surgery I was weak and started becoming overweight and out of shape. But once I started working out here I converted an unhealthy 235 to a leaner, more muscular 225 and added 60 lbs to all of my weight maxes. These guys are great and helped me get back into shape where I could play college football again!
