What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to start every session out by asking the most important question "What your goal?". After I find out your go we will then we will go through a small questionnaire that includes nutrition and workout history. I screen all my clients day one using the FMS (Functional Movement Screening) just to make sure there isnt anything we must address first before moving on. The first session varies based on experience and goals but in general the initial session is for us to get to know eachother and to find out exactly how i can help you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Im a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine where I specialized in Sports Performance and Corrective Exercise. Im also a certified nutrition coach through Precision Nutrition which is known to be the top certification in the industry.
