My name is Tyson Dale. I am NPTI Professionally Certified with over 2 decades of experience in Exercise Science and Nutrition.
I offer Mobile AND Online Training Programs that are individually created just for my clients.
I travel and train individuals and groups at their homes, gyms and at parks.
I have helped hundreds of people lose weight, build muscle, get stronger and have healthier lives.
Training also includes functional movements, balance, stability, core and injury rehabilitation. Exercises are also modified to accommodate your fitness level.

I have worked with all kinds of people from all different walks of life. I have discovered that it doesn't matter who you are or where you come from, health will always be necessary in your life and it is my mission to provide that.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I just had an individual lose 200 lbs. Amazing feeling and change for his life. I am so proud of him!
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure that the teacher or trainer isn't training you for what he wants or she wants but for what you want. Your goals are your own and not theirs.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Make sure that the trainer asks you about your injuries and creates the workouts designed for your goals and also helps you with your nutrition.
