We first talk about aboyt your goals

measurements and go through our Fitness assessment to determain your level of fitness so that we can create a safe, fun and progressive workout plan to help reach your goals,

Certified personal trainer with 2 networks. NASM and ISSA
I am a ex professional boxer
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
12 sessions lasting 30 minutes each for 360 monthly, these are 1 on 1 sessions.
Bootcamps lasting 1 hour are $10 per class or $150 for the month and you can come as many times as want up to 2 times a day Monday through Friday 6 am to 7 am and again at 6 pm to 7 pm.
You get a meal plan and more workout routines to do at home when not training with me.
8,3 minute rounds of boxing with 1 minute rest for $30.00

Ive been into fitness and health most of my life, i enjoy it and once I stopped boing I wanted to help others.
