GET-FIT
About
I knew I wanted to be a trainer at the age of 15. I made it my reality at the age of 18 and made it my life. I've been a trainer since 1989 and have now owned 4 gyms over the years.
I truly care about the people I get to work with. I want them to see and feel results....no matter what those may be.

I have been working with my son to lose a few pounds....he has autism. He has been able to lose some weight and show off his abs now. My father even thanked me for helping him. I raised my son from the age of 5 by the way.....he is now 23. This makes me happy.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure the trainer is experienced. A trainer can hurt you u if they don't really know what they are doing.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Talk about their goals. Talk about how experienced the trainer is. How did the trainer get to where they are today. Have they helped many people. Have they helped people with injuries. How can they help you.
