My classes are enrolled monthly & affordable as they are held through the City of Corona Parks & Rec Brochure and on location at various facilities around Corona. I limit my participants to have more hands on help with new clients. I also have nutrition on board to help clients achieve their goals of weight loss, and or performance. To get results “the workout” is only part of the equation, food is your foundation & with a strong foundation workouts just enhance results & we achieve them faster. I also have limited availability for Personal Training either at your home or Anytime Fitness on Green River ( must be a member)

Meeting new people & helping them reach their fitness & nutrition goals. Rocking their health & wellness long term!! The smile on their faces is incredible & the effort they put forth inspires me every day to do my best. After surviving a Shark attack in 2016 I know the benefits of a strong body & nutrition program, because I was strong going in , I was stronger in recovery and within 3 months I was back at work with my clients.
