What is your typical process for working with a new student?
At our first meeting I conduct a health and fitness evaluation with you:
measurements, body fat testing, body mass index calculation, cardio profile. I than use this information combined with your short term and long term goals to establish the best method of training for you that is within your current fitness level and we hit the floor and start training.
