My training is in Los Alamitos as I typically get booked up here.
I love seeing my clients grow as athletes and people. Having that positive impact on their life is what I strive for.
I have been coaching and training for 13 years. I am the current Varsity Linebackers Coach and Co-Defensive Coordinator for 2019 State Champion, Corona Del Mar High School. I am also am the Head Freshman and 8th Grade Coach for the basketball team at CDM. I just finished my 8th season coaching for the school.
As an athlete I was the offensive player of the year for Los Alamitos High School in 2010 and played football and basketball throughout high school and graduated from Servite High School in 2014 winning a Trinity League championship in 2012.
