About
Offering private yoga and yoga therapy sessions—one-on-one or in small groups—I guide others on a joyful journey of healing and self-discovery. With a background in fitness and a deep commitment to accessible, trauma-informed care, I create personalized sessions that blend gentle movement, breathwork, and heartfelt connection. I meet each person where they are, helping them feel stronger in their bodies, calmer in their minds, and more grounded in their lives. Each session is an opportunity to nurture well-being, spark joy, and support lasting transformation—one breath, one smile, one moment at a time.
