I will no doubt make you stronger. Whether you want to run a faster marathon, improve your squat, learn how to do a pull-up, learn to box or lower your body fat- I will CHALLENGE you with customized workouts that enable you to achive your goals in a specified amout of time. No gimmicks, no quick fixes, just exciting hard work that will transform your health and fitness. I only work with people who take their fitness seriously. I hold you accountable for workouts outside of our sessions. I do the science, but you have to put in the work.
I love inspiring and motivating people. I love showing people how strong they can be- literally, teaching someone how to lift their own body weight properly. I really take pride in the work my clients do because it changes their life and it is my job to provide the structure that guides them. I help my clients feel impowered and learn to love and challenge their body. I aim to show people the amazing phyical abilities they have. I want to change the negative feelings we have about our bodies and get excited about our strength.
