My High Performance Team Trainers are the best in LA! Most have in excess of 20 years professional experience. Female and male personal trainers. You have the option of training with myself or a team trainer.

In addition to body transformation and weight loss, we also specialize in senior and teen fitness, sports performance, general wellness, functional training, post rehab, endurance training, anti-aging, contest prep and more.

All team trainers will utilize Coronavirus prevention protocols including masks, washing hands between clients, disinfecting equipment between uses and social distancing when possible. The client is not required to wear a mask while they are exercising.

We are primarily offering in home or outdoor training right now but we do have access to some the few gyms still open.

For example, our Santa Monica gym has a fully functional roof area for training. The training studio we use in West Hollywood has also reopened outside. We have team trainers in Pasadena and Van Nuys with available gyms too. Different gyms have different mask policies.

All other areas are exclusively in home or outdoor training for now.

If you don’t have home gym or any equipment, don’t worry. The trainer will bring the essentials and I am very good at helping my clients build or improve their home gyms within space and budgetary constraints (or not 😀) if you are so inclined.

I also offer both virtual personal training sessions through zoom and training and nutrition programs through my online personal training program using my exclusive Train with Mr. America app.

    Jasons program covers it all: nutrition, cardio, resistance training. The training sessions are super challenging yet fun, the diet spartan (but you arent hungry) and the cardio actually pretty easy. He sets you up with one of his great trainers ( I trained with Nicholas in
    Marina del Rey) and keeps an eye on your progress with online and face to face checkups. He really wants you to get the results! (Maybe more than you do...)

    1. Private gym training or in home training with High Performance Personal Trainers: 

    8 week series - 24 sessions - $110 per session

    16 week series - 48 sessions - $100 per session

    2. Private gym or in home training with Jason

    Jason's rates are only available with a phone call.

    I also offer:

    Virtual personal training: This is a live training session using zoom.  Same rates as in person.

    Online personal training: Includes custom designed workout, nutritional, cardio and lifestyle plan by Jason himself.  Includes online monitoring and updates via my exclusive Train with Mr. America app.

    One time consultation to create a workout / plan, fix your exiting plan, work on problem areas.

    I started teaching kids karate classes at my dojo after I earned my black belt at 16.  My experience doing that formed the foundation for teaching.  Personal training is just another expression of that.

    We have trained hundreds of people for all sorts of goals: weight loss, gain strength, post rehab, bodybuilding and physique competition, weddings, modeling jobs and movie roles, amateur, collegiate and professional sports.

    We are all seasoned professionals here.  No rookies or beginners on my team.  You will be in good hands with us.
