Peter has been training me for the last 8 months and I can really see notable differences in my physique. He pushes you and I come out with pain (good though) after each work out. Boxing was something I never expected to like but he has made it a lot of fun!
Been training with Peter for the past 3 years, his knowledge of boxing is outstanding. But his also knowledgeable in strength training, cardio training, and nutrition to name a few. That makes him one of the best trainers I had work with and will continue to work with.
