I focus on the individual, by analyzing life style, physical activity, nutrition, body type, past injuries how to work around them and make them a thing of the past to get stronger and live a better over life. I focus on the older female population but i do work with all groups. I train and coach for sports specific like physique competitions and powerlifting meets and getting that revenge for an event or just to look good.

Initial consult of overall measurements and weight and past history of training, overview of overall diet, nutrition. First day is training and is basically checking form body mechanics and performing exercise espicially bodyweight movements.
